Ladies First Driving School offers the DriveWise Graduated Licensing Program (GLP).

What is the Graduated Licensing Program (GLP)?
The Graduated Licensing Program (GLP) was introduced in British Columbia in 1998 to improve the skill development of new drivers and help reduce on-road incidents. Upon successful completion of this ICBC-approved course, students can receive a 6-month reduction on the Novice (N) license stage, and 2 high school credits. The program is the most extensive (and popular!) driver education course that prepares drivers for not only the road test but also BC's ever-changing busy roadways.

    Excellent driving instructor
    I Simply have no words that can describe and pay gratitude to my astounding instructor. Ladan is absolutely professional, patient and ensures to fine tune your areas of weaknesses. I have been lucky to have her as my instructor and thankful to her for transforming me into a confident driver on the road. I have passed my exam on first attempt and truly enjoyed the entire experience of learning!

    Excellent Instructor
    I am very grateful to Ladan from the first ladies driving school. I highly recommend her! She is a very professional driving instructor who not only cares about the trainee's success in the road test, but also makes sure that the trainee has learned all the necessary skills for driving as well as the rules of the road. Her kindness and patience made me confident in my goal. I finally got my driver’s license a few days ago and also found a good friend. Thank you Ladan!

    Professional and fun
    If you are someone like me who doesn’t like/enjoy driving, I strongly recommend taking lessons with Ladan, she does such an amazing job with implementing the safest and easiest ways of learning and remembering how to drive, even when you'd feel overwhelmed and anxious, she keeps her calm and patiently reminds you of what’s the right thing to do, her calm and caring attitude took away my stress and helped me to feel confident enough to take the road test and pass with minimum driving experience. we need more female instructors like Ladan to make roads safer. Thank you Ladan

    Great instructor
    Great Instructor Ladan is a very patient and generous teacher who really cares about the end game of teaching driving lessons. She continuously reminded me of the goal of passing the exam by making sure I understood the rules of the upcoming test. This gave me confidence and sure enough, I passed the exam. But she also takes driving safely very seriously and made sure I understood that driving safely is not only beneficial to my safety, but to the safety of others on the road, pedestrians and animals. I highly recommend her!

    Recommendation for best driving lessons teacher
    I highly recommend Ladan Hasanvali at ladies first driving school as a professional driver instructor in North Van. She is patient, kind, respectful and most important is highly responsible. I have passed from the first test. I also recommended my friend who was weak in parking and reverse and he passed from first time. Driving is huge responsibility and ladan is the best teacher to get the skills you need to drive safely and professionally. Thank you for your service
